Our love for the flavors of the past has led us to the search for the right combination between tradition and contemporaneity. Our dishes, made with quality products, are the real protagonists of our cuisine. We have always preferred local products for their typicality and freshness. In particular, the selection of first courses of fresh pasta is made by our chefs Sonia and Massimo, as well as all the sauces and desserts, prepared with the same love and dedication of our grandmothers.
We are also very attentive to hygiene, using the HACCP system to guarantee procedures and all safety protocols issued by state institutions
The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, from 12.30pm to 2 pm and from 7.30pm to 10.00pm. After having dinner, hotel guests can still entertain themselves in the rooms of the hotel.
